Izz Manalad has worked as a speech language pathologist in with children and adolescents in the Philippines for 12 years. She is an advocate of inter-professional collaboration, inclusion, and disability rights. Her caseload is 90% kids on the spectrum, who she works with in both face-to-face and virtual settings. Izz also does monthly case management meetings with families and professionals who work with clients on the spectrum. As someone who is neurodivergent herself, she hopes to foster more meaningful engagement in daily activities for her autistic clients after completing The LPT Approach to Autism.
