Therapy will focus on sensory processing, visual perception, visual motor, fine motor, gross motor, activities of daily living (feeding, grooming, toileting, bathing, dressing), cognition, language/literacy, executive function, and social-emotional learning.

Services may focus on instrumental activities of daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, transportation, laundry, shopping, managing finances, and medication management) as appropriate across the age-span.

Adults: 18-40

Therapy will focus on executive function training including: concentration, attention, focus, planning, prioritizing, organization, cognitive flexibility, cognitive inhibition, working memory, time management, and self-control.

Health and wellness services include manual therapy, therapeutic massage, myofascial release, stretching, strength training, energy conservation, ergonomics, nutrition, and sleep.

Parents and Professionals:

One on one training and coaching for parents, occupational therapists, teachers and other professionals.

In-school trainings for response to intervention (RTI) planning and professional development are also available.

Executive functioning (EF) work is woven into every session too, helping learners develop attention awareness, working memory, planning, organization, and flexibility.

Alongside academic goals, I support children in building their social-emotional skills and participating meaningfully in daily routines.

I follow a family-centered approach, partnering closely with children and their families to co-create learning goals that matter to them. I invite children's voices into the process so learning can feel joyful, empowering, and rooted in their strengths.

Many children come to me with a narrative of “learning gaps.” I hope to make their strengths visible, reframe the story, and build a learning journey that feels truly their own, meaningful, and motivating.
